  • Acupuncture

    First time appointments will be approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Appointment includes initial paperwork, followed by acupuncture, Chinese herbal consult, BioMat, gua sha, cupping, or Moxa if needed. Chinese herbs may be prescribed.

    Returning patient 60 or 90 min.

    All patients must book a First Time Acupuncture visit before receiving other acupuncture treatments. Chinese herb consults and gua sha and cupping appointments do not apply.

  • Chinese Herbal Medicine

    Signs and symptoms will be assessed and an herbal prescription may be given. Chinese herbs are a great continuation of any treatment and will help further the healing process. Herbal formulations are not addicting and are meant to treat the root cause of an ailment.

  • Fire Cupping & Gua Sha

    Fire cupping is used to relieve pain, improve immune function, invigorate lymph and blood flow. Gua Sha increases blood and lymph flow, releases toxins and aids the immune system, eases stress, relieves pain, aids in relaxing tight muscles. Gua Sha can also be used at the first sign of illness to reduce future severity.

    Cupping and Gua Sha is included in all acupuncture appointments. Standalone treatments are 30 minutes in length

Ancillary Healing Therapies

Reiki

A Japanese healing technique - Rei meaning “higher power” and ki meaning “life force energy”.  Reiki promotes physical, mental, and spiritual healing through light touch and the practitioners hands are placed on or above varying locations

Reiki is done in Initial and Returning Acupuncture appointments.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Acupuncture, BioMat, gua sha, and Celluma red, blue, and near-infrared light therapy will be used in this Facial Rejuvenation treatment. Light therapy has been FDA-cleared to treat wrinkles, acne, inflammation, and increase microcirculation. Facial acupuncture can treat fine lines and wrinkles, acne, and scarring, while improving collagen production and blood flow.

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy can be added to any acupuncture session. Red light therapy offers a range of benefits by using specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular function. Key benefits include: reduced inflammation, accelerating healing and tissue repair, enhances skin health, relieves pain, improves circulation, supports muscle recovery and performance, and boosts mood and sleep.
